We visited North Wales this year… I wished we had driven down South Wales. The only thing was we stayed at Warner’s and it was just a four day stay.. So very time limited.

We travelled from North to South Wales, in August. We also visited Rhuddlan Castle and Conwy castle not very far from Bodelwyddan.

Chepstow is a Norman castle. Construction began in 1067, less than a year after William the Conqueror was crowned King of England.
